By accessing or using the DUOACTIVE MOBILITY website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the website.

All products are offered subject to availability. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to update without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or revise product specifications at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order with DUOACTIVE MOBILITY, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock verification, and payment must be received in full prior to dispatch. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, PayFast, and bank transfer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates commencing from dispatch out of our Brits, North West facility. DUOACTIVE MOBILITY is not liable for courier delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and our Return Policy. Unsealed hygiene products are excluded for health and safety reasons.

7. Warranties

Products carry manufacturer warranties as stated on each product listing, covering defects in materials and workmanship under intended use. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations is excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, DUOACTIVE MOBILITY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.

All content on this website — including text, branding, graphics, logos, photographs, and code — is the property of DUOACTIVE MOBILITY or its licensors and is protected under South African and international intellectual property laws.
